Measurement of operation performance of a high-efficiency chilled-water plant for a commercial complex in hot summer and cold winter zone

Taking a commercial complex project in the hot summer and cold winter zone as the research object, the operation performance of its high-efficiency chilled-water plant is monitored for three years, and the actual operation performance of key equipment such as chillers, water pumps, and cooling towers is analysed. The results show that the overall operation efficiency of the chilled-water plant is high, and the system’s coefficient of performance has reached more than 5.30 for three consecutive years. At the same time, the typical problems existing in the system’s operation are found, and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward. This study can provide references for the operation and maintenance of high-efficiency chilled-water plants in commercial complexes in the hot summer and cold winter zone.
